Eastman Events, LLC is a boutique wedding planning + design studio specializing in stylish events with classic, timeless charm.  We’re based out of our office in Holmdel, New Jersey, and serve couples throughout the Tri-State area and New England.

Each year we take on a limited number of couples to ensure that every couple and every wedding is handled with the utmost care and attention.  Our boutique experience allows us to offer the best in business connections, with an intimate planning experience because your event deserves our signature approach.

Services range from comprehensive event planning and design to event management and virtual planning sessions.  We can walk you through what would be the best fit for your particular needs and will gladly tailor a package to suit you perfectly.

Signature Planning & Design

This is the most comprehensive package we offer and it’s where we shine. Signature Planning & Design includes all of the planning, creative direction and event management. Experience the luxury of personalized attention from engagement to the I do’s.  From vendor selections to the meticulous execution of your grande day, our team will be there every step of the way, ensuring your celebration unfolds with the elegance and poise befitting of your love story.

What is the Investment for the Signature Planning & Design package?

For our Signature Planning & Design package, we operate with a flat rate proposal minimum and a production fee.  

The flat rate proposal minimum is based on the scope of work established in the initial consultation. 

The production fee is based on budget, excluding attire and room blocks, when actual spend is over and above the original budget.  The production fee is only applied to the overages.

We like this model because it gives you the peace of mind to know that we have your back no matter how your wedding evolves, and we will be compensated for the work we do. One of the first things we will do together is create a custom budget and you will always have access to the spreadsheet through our Client Portal so you can see where you stand with all of your vendors as well as our fee!

The average couple for our Signature Planning & Design package can expect their investment to start at $10,000 for their wedding day.

Partial Planning

At the heart of our Partial Planning service lies a comprehensive array of offerings designed to elevate your wedding journey to unparalleled heights. From the moment you join our ranks, you'll be granted access to our seasoned planning team, ensuring your every query is met with prompt and insightful guidance. Whether strolling through your chosen venue or conducting a virtual plan review, rest assured, no stone will be left unturned in sculpting the perfect backdrop for your celebration.

  • Everything in our Wedding Management package PLUS…

  • Access to our Planning Portal

  • Two Additional Virtual Consultations to use anytime during your plans

  • Custom Vendor Recommendations for up to 3 vendor categories

  • Custom Planning Timeline

  • Venue Walk Through 6 weeks prior to Wedding Date (travel costs may apply - see contract for details)

  • Unlimited Email Correspondence

Our Partial Planning package is billed as a flat fee, which is based on the scope of work established in our initial consultation.  Additional services can be added a la carte either in the initial contract or as an addendum after the contract has been signed.  The average couple for our Partial Planning package can expect their investment to start at $7,000 and up for their wedding day.

Wedding Management

This service may otherwise be known as our version of “Month of” or “Day of” coordination.  To us, Wedding Management entails a level of intricacy and depth that surpasses mere logistics. It's about crafting a luxury signature experience tailored to each of our cherished clients, ensuring every detail you’ve worked so hard to plan is meticulously attended to. With Wedding Management, rest assured that every base is not just covered but exquisitely orchestrated, so your wedding day can unfold with the utmost serenity and joy.

The details:

  • Services begin two months prior to the event date

  • Up to Two Virtual Consultations - Kick Off Call and Final Details

  • Vendor Confirmation + Management

  • Timeline + Floor Plan Creation

  • Event Day Management (including assistants as necessary)

Our Wedding Management package is billed as a flat fee, which is based on the scope of work established in our initial consultation.  Additional services can be added a la carte either in the initial contract or as an addendum after the contract has been signed.  The average couple for our Wedding Management package can expect their investment to start at $3,500 and up for their wedding day.

Please note that in most cases, we will begin booking this service as early as 6 months in advance of the wedding date.

Hourly Consultation Services

We offer hourly consultation services which are usually held virtually. Occasionally we will host these meetings in our Holmdel office if you prefer. These hourly consultations start at $300 per hour.

Clients use this service to answer planning questions (like venue selections or vendor referrals), review plans for oversight, budgeting, timelines, etc - anything relating to your wedding.  It’s also an opportunity for engaged couples to get a better idea of their wedding needs and get comfortable with our team. 

Special Events

We also love planning your other special events: Rehearsal Dinners, Post-Wedding Brunches, Bridal Showers, Milestone Birthdays, Baby Showers, Galas, Corporate Events + More!  Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll send a detailed proposal.
